Yeah, we recommend it. Classes fill up fast, especially the popular morning and evening slots. You can book through our app up to a week in advance. Walk-ins are welcome if there's space, but don't count on it during peak times.

Start with our beginner-friendly classes like Ignite Intro or Foundation Strength. Our coaches are pros at scaling movements to your level - nobody expects you to be perfect on day one. We've all been beginners, and honestly, that's where the best gains happen.

Water bottle for sure - you'll be sweating. A towel's a good idea. We've got all the equipment, so just wear comfortable workout clothes and proper athletic shoes. Some people like lifting gloves or wrist wraps, but that's totally optional.

Absolutely. First class is on us - come check out the vibe and see if it's your scene. No credit card required, no pressure. Just reach out to book your free trial and we'll get you set up.

Life happens, we get it. Just cancel at least 2 hours before class starts and your credit stays in your account. Late cancels or no-shows burn a class credit though - keeps things fair for everyone waiting to get in.
